Ben has over 30 years of experience turning startups into global enterprises. He excels in strategy, sales, fundraising, and M&A, with expertise in RCV, VR, B2B, and logistics. Recognized for innovation in Industry 4.0, IoT, and big data, Ben won the Israeli COS’s Startup of the Year award and achieved its fastest exit in history. In the U.S., he received the IIPSEC Awards and Technology of the Year from Israel Post. Ben is known for agile strategy, trend prediction, and optimizing risk-reward.
Dvir Gerstein is a seasoned Financial Officer with extensive experience in global industrial companies, leading finance organizations. He has a strong background in financial, business, and operational activities, emphasizing strategic thinking, leadership, and high-growth enterprises. For the past 10 years, Dvir has been with Hazera Seeds Ltd., part of Limagrain group. He holds a BSc in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University and an MA in accounting from Bar-Ilan University.
Amit Levin is an experienced executive with over 20 years of leadership in operations management, strategic business growth, and development. He holds a BSc in business management and an MBA from Ruppin Academic Center. Amit brings collaborative leadership and a results-oriented approach from his experience in the semiconductor and lab-grown diamond industries, both in Israel and the United States.
Katya holds an MBA in Finance and an MSc in Mechanical Engineering, accumulating over 18 years of experience in leading research and development of complex multidisciplinary systems. She has served in multiple senior R&D Management roles, as well as Development and Systems Engineering positions across various industries and domains. Her career includes significant roles such as VP R&D at Scoutcam, CEO of Nitinotes, System Engineer at Nano Dimension, and R&D engineer, project manager, and team leader at Medigus and Medinol. Katrin's expertise encompasses medical device product design and management, regulatory affairs, high-tech sectors, and Industry 4.0 domains.
Anat has a proven track record of over 25 years in business development and marketing, bringing strong interpersonal skills and result oriented with a vast experience in up scaling start-up companies, specializing in empowering organization and maintaining unique DNA culture.

Until recently, Mr. Fogel was the Chairman of ZIM, and previously a Chairman of IDB, Migdal Insurance & Financial Holdings Ltd., Hadassah Medical Center, and Ness Technologies, Inc., and was a founding partner of JVP Mr. Fogel was the Director General at the Israel Ministry of Finance and the Chairman of the Advisory Council of the Bank of Israel.
Dan is a co-founder and managing partner at Unovis Asset Management, a global investment firm that is at the forefront of developing alternatives to animal protein products.
